I was struggling a lot with anxiety and feeling very overwhelmed since the lockdown started. I was only managing to sleep 3 – 4 hours a night. I started taking the Bush Flower Essences and I can’t believe the difference in myself. I’m sleeping full 7-8 hour nights and I’m a lot more calm and grounded and not over thinking as much. I just take 7 drops in the morning and last night thing at night.
